Lydia Noll-Giska joined the Fisher Law Practice team in 2019. Lydia sees her work as a wonderful opportunity to give back and to help people talk through issues, meeting people “where they are.”
Lydia built a career as a crisis counselor and as a forensic interviewer, helping individuals identify and heal from traumas. She believes that communication and feeling heard are integral parts of finding solutions and healing. But after years of working with people in crisis, Lydia stepped back to refresh and focus on parenting full time.
Lydia received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2008. During her time at UK, Lydia focused on talking to teens and young adults, helping them find agency in their lives, addressing trauma, and honing decision making abilities.
In her free time Lydia is a mother of two and enjoys meditation and the outdoors.
We have a team of talented mediators and attorneys. Each was handpicked based on their ingenuity, expertise, and high standards.
Each of our mediators has helped hundreds of people resolve disputes, working at such places as the United Nations, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), industry leading non-profits, and for the federal and state court systems. They have the skill and creativity to keep people talking and help them discover innovative solutions.
With an average of 10 years of experience, our legal team takes time to listen, and to explain options AND consequences. They understand that advocacy isn’t always about rushing into a courtroom. It’s about getting results.
